I’m an online and media writer, and I started Heal Makeup to talk about products and experiences in a way that wouldn’t be possible in a magazine: I wanted to say whether a product was crap or not, not to discreetly “leave it” out’. I just think consumers have a right to know if they’re throwing their money away. Basically, I’ve gathered so much product knowledge, but it’s all in my head and there’s nothing to do, so the blog comes in handy. So, I like to showcase products that I think are great, beautiful and exciting and give my unqualified opinion on the not so great ones. My thinking is that if a brand wants to make money for a product that doesn’t work and has little value to their market, then it’s all smoke and mirrors and they need to go away and make a better product instead of expecting no one to mention that it’s really not very good.
It was a pleasure to contact you via email and it was great to get your answers to some of your beauty and fashion questions. please let me know
